1 - Lets have a chat - Your FREE wedding consultation

Firstly, lets book a convenient time to meet up for a free, fun, informal, no-obligation consultation. Then we can talk through all your needs, ideas, options and likely costs for your wedding catering. This lets us look at all of the options for your wedding catering package.

2 - A personal wedding catering package is created

Once we have met up for a chat, we will then be able to create a detailed wedding package spreadsheet just for you. This will include all of the options that we discussed laid out in an easy to understand way. Now you can relax and talk things over with your partner and your family. Once you have decided on any final changes we can move on to step 3.

3 - Our written quotation

Next we will send you our full and detailed quotation for your catering which will be based on step 2 above. Don’t worry, you can still change any of your chosen menu items right up to 14 days prior to the big day.

4 - Booking your Wedding Catering

Once you are ready to firmly accept the quotation, you will need to agree to our terms & conditions and of course pay a deposit to firmly reserve your wedding date in our busy diary.

5 - Working closely with you for your peace of mind

Rest assured that we are always available to you right up to the date of your wedding, giving you reassurance whenever it is required.

Standard Menus & alternative food selection options

You can choose from our standard menu packages to help keep costs sensible or work with us to personalise your own bespoke selection. Our award winning Executive Chef has put together a great selection of exciting, modern menus including some very unusual ideas he learnt whilst working on T.V. with Chef Keith Floyd and we are happy to include your own ideas too. We use welfare friendly and free-range farms when possible as well as the finest freshest salads and vegetables available locally.

Vegetarians, Vegans & special dietary requirements

We always ask about Vegetarians, Vegans attending and will adjust our cooking to suit any allergies or food intolerance's your guests may suffer from - we are happy to help and mindful of the potential dangers. Catering for Vegetarian or Vegan guests should not be an afterthought and so we include a wide range of interesting and delicious dishes that are suitable for everyone.

We have so many contacts for you to take advantage of, plus a full wine list including champagne, wines, beers & spirits all available on sale or return. Our drink prices can include a bar set up with all the bar equipment, fridges, ice & staff. We are fully licensed and trained.

Note: Disco, Bar, Crockery, Table Linen and Glass hire prices, plus any refrigeration and alcohol prices are all available on request.
