We believe in cooking quality locally grown produce and only using the finest ingredients. We also believe in showing our total prices without hiding extras. We can provide very many variants and additional menu selections but below are our fully inclusive prices for 2008. Pricing Policy -
The provision of a whole pig or boned and rolled leg joints or other meats for your guests
The supply of our spit roasting equipment including sufficient cooking fuel / real wood charcoal
The provision of rolls, apple sauce, stuffing and various salads
The supervision by our staff of the cooking of the pig , leg joints or Bar -
The provision of sufficient staff (in whites) to prepare, carve, and serve the meat and salads
The consumable items such as plates, cutlery, disposable gloves, fuel and sanitising wipes
The costs of setting up, clearing away and cleaning of equipment after the meal has been served.
